Enrollment Process: New Student Enrollment
If you are a prospective family looking for more information on new student enrollment for next year or wishing to transfer and have questions/concerns before starting the application process, then please fill out a New Student Inquiry Form, and the admissions office will follow up with you as soon as possible. Please be sure to indicate the appropriate year that you are inquiring about at the bottom of the form.
If you are ready to start the application process for a new student(s), then please go to our Enrollment Portal and follow the instructions listed under Create an Online Application. Please be sure to select the appropriate year at the bottom of the application, and once submitted, the admissions office will follow up with you as soon as possible. If for any reason you are having trouble with any of the steps, then please contact HCA's school office at 615-824-1550. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to seeing your child at HCA.
Returning Students Re-Enrollment
If you are a returning family, re-enrollment for the next school year has officially opened! Please login to RenWeb as you would normally do. As a reminder, our district code is HCA-TN. Once logged in, go to Family Information and select Enrollment/ Reenrollment. You will see your student(s) name(s) listed; click on the student you wish to enroll followed by start the enrollment packet then proceed through the application. Begin the re-enrollment process now.
The RenWeb enrollment process is fairly simple and should take approximately one hour to complete, but you can go in and out of the system at your convenience.
