Dr. Greg Mutsch, Pastor
Pastor Greg Mutsch has been actively in the ministry as a pastor and administrator for over thirty years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College and a Master of Divinity from Central Baptist Theological Seminary. He holds two earned doctorates: a Doctorate of Education degree from Bob Jones University, and a Doctorate of Ministries degree from Trinity International University.
He has served as the Assistant to the President at Pillsbury college, the senior pastor of two churches, the Vice President for Administration at Pensacola Christian College, and the Executive Director of Business Administration at Accelerated Christian Education.
Mr. Trent Thorell, Head of School
Trent Thorell is in his 28th year of Christian Education. His home state is Nebraska where he graduated high school. He then received his teaching degree in physical education and English at Pensacola Christian College. He completed his master’s degree in educational administration from PCC a few years later.
Thorell taught and coached at Pensacola Christian Academy for three years. His desire to be an athletic director led him and his wife to Memphis, TN where he served for twenty years at Macon Road Baptist School. Thorell eventually became the administrator of Macon Road Baptist School which expanded to four campus locations serving the greater Memphis area.
In the summer of 2016, he accepted the position as Vice Administrator of Education (Head of School) at Lake Mead Christian Academy in Henderson, NV. During his time there, he oversaw the preschool through 12th grade program with an approximate enrollment of 850 students.
He accepted the position of Head of School at Hendersonville Christian Academy in the fall of 2020. Moving his family back to Tennessee, he officially started full-time in the office in December with HCA.
